By using our website and purchasing our memberships, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy https://mcmcard.com/privacy-policy/  govern How To Make Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website and its services.

 

Membership Access

  • Our HowTo Memberships give you access to exclusive offers and discounts, via our websites htmcard.com and http://www.mcmcard.com/shop/ . Other benefits provided by How To Make Ltd, include 2 free prize draws each month, (in App) members badge ‘How To – Uniting Creativity’ Members card, plus various FREE products and exclusive discounts at our annual shows (Makers Central).
  • To gain access to all the benefits of our memberships, you must remain an active member and maintain a current subscription.

1.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the memberships at any time without prior notice or liability.

1.3 Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Payment and Renewal

2.1 You can purchase a monthly or annual membership through our website. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the applicable fees. We also accept PayPal payments.

2.2 Your membership will renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the subscription plan you have chosen. You will be notified of any changes to the membership fee prior to the renewal date.

2.3 If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before your renewal date. Once your membership is cancelled, you will not be charged for any subsequent renewal periods, but you will lose access to the full benefits of the membership immediately.

Use of Content

3.1 The content provided with the HowTo Memberships is the exclusive property of How To Make Ltd, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.

3.2 You agree to use the content provided by the memberships solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.3 We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or access to the content if we believe you are violating these terms and conditions.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

4.1 The HowTo Memberships and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.2 How To Make Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the memberships or their content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

4.3 In no event shall How To Make Ltd’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the memberships and their content.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which How To Make Ltd is incorporated, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

5.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the memberships and their content shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the jurisdiction in which How To Make Ltd is incorporated, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate How To Make Ltd’s intellectual property rights, How To Make Ltd may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the jurisdiction in which you reside or in which How To Make Ltd is incorporated.

5.3 The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the relevant arbitration association in the jurisdiction in which How To Make Ltd is incorporated.
